Here are The Post’s college football rankings following Week 8:

1. Ohio State (7-0) (Last week: 1)

Ohio State’s next challenge will be in the Big Ten championship game. No, bitter rival Michigan will not test the Buckeyes on Thanksgiving weekend.

2. Alabama (6-1) (3)

The Crimson Tide own four wins over opponents currently ranked in the AP Top 25. Nobody else has more than two.

3. Indiana (7-0) (4)

Next Saturday against UCLA could be the Hoosiers’ toughest game the rest of the regular season. The Bruins have won three straight under interim head coach Tim Skipper and quarterback Nico Iamaleava can keep them close.
